Find Your Yoga Spot
I am by no means an expert in yoga or meditation. What I do know is that you don’t need to be in a fancy or expensive studio to do yoga. You just need to find your spot…an area where you can relax. Today I was outside in the grass with my dogs running all around me, but that was my spot. Feeling the fresh air and sunshine on my face was the best medicine I could ask for.
Your spot could be in your bedroom, living or family room, the basement, or outside. Your yoga time could be 15 minutes before or after work. It could be 30 minutes when your little ones are napping. If you are just starting your yoga journey, just finding the time and your spot are all you need. It doesn’t need to be perfect to gain the benefits of yoga.
